Website License Purchase

When you purchase a website license by credit card a confirmation will be emailed to you immediately. You will then be contacted by Pinecoast Software to arrange the details of the licensing, usually the next business day.

In order for Pinecoast to issue a license, it will be necessary to decide the name of the licensed file; for example, www.mycompany.com/mydir/scene1.wrl. When this filename has been determined, Pinecoast will issue a license file that will be used on your website. Detailed instructions and support for installation will be included.

The license is valid for a term of one year starting on the date that the license file is created. The costs listed below are the annual costs of the license.

The email address that you provide will only be used to manage your license and to infrequently inform you of Pinecoast products and any discounts you may qualify for. Your email address will be held in strict confidence and will not be given or sold to any other individual or company.

Credit Card Payment

Credit card payment can be made using either Visa or Master Card. A website license for a single scene per year is Can$95.00 (billed in Canadian dollars). As of May 9, 2008, this is roughly US$95.00, depending on the current exchange rate and credit card fees. The purchase price will be converted to your local currency by your credit card company. (The price includes all taxes: GST for Canadian residents, HST for residents of the Atlantic provinces, and provincial sales tax for Ontario residents). The name and address on the payment form must match the name and mailing address on your credit card statement.

When you order online

The order link will take you to a secure payment page where your credit card payment will be made. After completing your payment you will receive an email confirmation from the processing center indicating that your payment has been made to Pinecoast Software, Inc.
The following business day Pinecoast will contact you by email or phone to arrange the details of the website licensing agreement.
